  My husband and I came out to Riverside on a house hunting trip and needed a place to grab some breakfast before we started our day of looking at houses.  He found Dorry's Diner just by looking on google for a place to eat, and we decided to try it.  Upon walking in, I have to say I was a little skeptical.  But we were immediately greeted, seated, and asked if we wanted anything to drink to start with (and offered coffee!).  I graciously accepted the coffee and have to say, it was pretty good. We then ordered breakfast, and when it came, it was VERY good!  I had the eggs benedict, and my husband had eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast.  All the food was extremely good and we decided we would come back.
  And we have been!  I think we came here 4 times within the first 2 days of moving back to Riverside, and have gone at least once a week if not more since the first few days of being back.  We have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and every time we are extremely pleased with the food AND service!  Not to mention the price!  We walk out with full bellies every time for about $30 total for both of us!  We have had the burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, meatloaf, and more.  The service is always extremely friendly and timely.
  If you get a chance to try Dorry's Diner, do it.  You will be pleasantly surprised.  The decor is definitely diner decor.  Don't be put off by that.  The food is great, the service is wonderful, and you will be happy you came here!

  Found this place on yelp as I was in the area at lunch time. Weird looking place, looks "out of business," but it was open. Going inside is like stepping back in time, to the 70s-80s with the decor. There weren't many people inside, and the few who were in there appeared to be regulars. The hostess/server was extremely friendly. I ordered a sandwich, fries and a soda for about $11.00, a little expensive for lunch....but, a huge sandwich. I ended up eating the second half the next day. Good food. Great service. Huge portions. Outdated interior. I'll probably be back. Good experience overall.

  Has good food and clean. Only thing is Not sure if they don't have ac or was not working but it was hot inside. And on a day when it's over 100 outside was not Very comfortable inoors

  I ordered to go food from them. I didn't know the driver doesn't get the tip
  From Grub hub . So I'll be tipping cash next time . However , the food was warm and great tasting and timely plus they provided all condiments etc .

  Went for the first time a few weeks ago, decent food our waitress at the time was excellent. Went back the second time on Sunday 10/6/19. Our waitress was so rude and racist. Took our order, I said thank you she did not respond. Had a bus boy came to check on us. When our food came out a totally different waitress brought our food a little nicer. Then our original waitress came did not say a word put our bill on the table and still did not say a word. We paid and left, but the real issue was opening the exit door and my wife noticed a dead cockroach there on the floor!! Gross!!! We will never go back, ever!!!!
